Program Objectives:
The aim of the certificate course is to impart basic knowledge in finance, accounting, credit, regulatory regime requirement of micro-finance, customer service, and computer knowledge to the participants making them competent to handle entry level jobs in micro-finance sector.
Internship:
During the course of the program the participants will undergo internship with major Micro Finance Institutions to get practical knowledge and skill to work efficiently as an employee in Microfinance sector.
Certification:
On successful completion of the examination at the end of the program and internship, SIFI will award a certificate to the participants. We also propose to launch training programs for existing employees working in various levels of micro finance sector covering areas like credit, risk management, customer service, regulatory compliance, HR practices, Audit, fund management and accounting etc.

Minimum educational qualification: – +2 and above
Age:
Minimum – 18 years and Maximum -30 years
Other requirements:
2-wheeler driving experience with license.

Placement:
SIFI will make efforts to arrange placements for the successful participants with Micro finance Institutions. SIFI will organize placement meets with MFI’s to facilitate quick placements.
